Chasing

The Rush

Where science meets story, and motivation takes centre stage.

Dopamine Hunters is a new podcast and community exploring how dopamine drives our passions, shapes behaviour, and fuels the pursuit of excitement. From motocross tracks to gaming screens, from creative outlets to everyday shopping therapy—dopamine is at the heart of what makes us tick.

I’m Ryan Turner—a motocross rider, content creator, senior recruiter, and proud neurodivergent. After being diagnosed with ADHD, I started this project to explore how dopamine works differently in diverse minds, and why high-adrenaline pursuits like extreme sports can be so powerful for focus, resilience, and wellbeing.
